Jab Ladder Drill – GET CREATIVE! 💯

The Jab Ladder Drill is a highly beneficial exercise to assist in establishing lateral movement whilst throwing your jab. Ladders are a fantastic training tool to help find your rhythm and improve your timing whilst throwing your jab. 

❗Important Tip: if you don’t have a ladder available, GET CREATIVE: find markings on the sidewalk or draw up a ladder using chalk on your driveway.
